GOSHEN, Ind. -- Downtown Goshen's 'First Fridays' featuring tonight's light parade.
The spectacle of lighted floats marching down main street alongside some holiday comfort food specials across downtown restaurants, and to top it all off, a fire truck with jolly ole Sant Nick on top.
Goshen's Mayor Gina Leichty was thrilled with the turnout.
"The great thing about First Fridays and the light parade in particular is that it's such a wonderful family friendly event. It's a great opportunity for the entire family to come downtown and really experience the best of what the city has to offer. It's free entertainment that really is suitable to all ages."
December's 'First Friday' will take place on Dec. 6, the city of Goshen plans to host the event with a 'Hometown Holiday' theme.
