Four new homes built by Habitat for Humanity

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- It's been almost two months of work, but four Habitat for Humanity homes are almost finished.

More than 45 volunteers have been helping out with the new construction along 13th Street and Dodge Road in Mishawaka.

Folks said cutting wood and hammering nails was all for a good cause.

"It really makes me feel like I'm helping quite a bit. Habitat is a lot different organization from other organizations. It gives a hand-up instead of a hand-out." said volunteer Drew Roush.

Some volunteers at Saturday's build have been helping out for more than 20 years!
