ELKHART, Ind.-- Wednesday, for Elkhart County Sheriff's Office Public Information's Officer, Captain James Bradberry came before an Elkhart County judge for a plea hearing stemming from allegations that he lied to officials.
He’s facing three charges of false informing resulting in substantial hindrance to law enforcement in connection with an investigation into three Elkhart County process servers who were being paid for work they allegedly did not perform.
His new plea hearing date is scheduled for September 25th.
