Food Bank of Northern Indiana releases December's mobile food distribution schedule
The Food Bank of Northern Indiana The Food Bank of Northern Indiana has released its mobile food distribution schedule for December.
Distributions will be drive-thru style and organizers ask that you remain in your vehicle and open your trunk to receive items.
There will be an area for self-loading if your trunk doesn't open.
The assorted food items are pre-boxed and bagged and will be free of charge.
The distributions will be first come, first served, while supplies last for those in need of food assistance.
Organizers say each household will receive one box or bag.
Marshall County
Tuesday, Dec. 3, 10 a.m. to noon
Where: Trinity Lutheran Church, 430 Academy Rd., Culver, IN 46511
This distribution will serve 200 households.
La Porte County
Wednesday, Dec. 4, 10 a.m. to noon
Where: La Porte County Fairgrounds, 2581 W. IN 2, LaPorte, IN 46350
This distribution will serve 350 households.
Kosciusko County
Thursday, Dec. 5, 10 a.m. to noon
Where: The former Helping Hands Food Pantry, 10072 W. 600 S., Mentone, IN 46539
This distribution will serve 150 households.
Starke County
Friday, Dec. 6, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
