EUGENE, Ore. -- The Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon were in full swing Sunday.
From the track and field women's 100-yard dash to the final event of the men's decathlon, athletes were fighting for their spot on Team USA.
And of course the coveted trip to London.
Check out this video of Notre Dame Alum Mary Saxer pole vaulting.
She's been doing the exact same thing at the Olympic Trials.
But Saxer finished in a heartbreaking 4th place after not clearing 14 feet 11 inches.
The top three pole vaulters are moving on to the London Olympics to compete for Team USA.
