More wet weather arriving later tonight, but sunnier skies after
After widespread showers and thunderstorms early Tuesday morning, there is some clearing late this morning and afternoon.
Rain chances are more isolated now, with a possibility of lingering shower chances through the afternoon. It does look to stay dry late afternoon and evening. Overnight there is another round of showers and thunderstorms. Wednesday morning we could see a few more showers, then the rest of the work week looks to stay mostly dry.
Temperatures will have a bit of a spread this afternoon as the front passes. Warmer temperatures, with highs in the 80s, are likely for our southern counties (like Fulton and Kosciusko). Highs in central Michiana will be in the mid 70s. In the north, our Michigan counties could see highs in the upper 60s to low 70s today. There is still a spread in temperatures overnight, but most will be in the upper 50s or low 60s.
Over the weekend, another chance for showers as a cold front passes Michiana sometime Saturday into Sunday.
Today: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the mid 60s to low 80s.
Tonight: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Low 58.
Wednesday: Few showers early. Mostly to partly cloudy afternoon. High 80.
Thursday: Partly cloudy. High 72.
