SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Downtown South Bend has seen numerous construction projects near Four Winds Field over the last year, and, as development around the stadium has grown, parking options have been limited for fans.

That is set to change this season as the South Bend Cubs are adding two new parking lots with additional shuttles to help fans commute to and from the stadium.

“It’s great to see more development happening around Four Winds Field to help grow the downtown area,” said South Bend Cubs Team President Joe Hart.

Eight lots will be open for every game. While twelve lots will be available for sold-out games and weekends. Standard parking can be purchased on gameday for $10 and all parking lots are cashless.  Handicapped parking is available in all paid South Bend Cubs lots.

“We understand that on our busiest nights, parking can be a challenge, which is why we are grateful to Mark Neal, owner of the Hibbert building and Kevin Smith, owner of the Studebaker building, who are working with us to provide additional parking options for our fans,” Hart said.

The 2025 season will have premium reserved parking. Fans will be able to purchase a parking spot for just $15 online. Parking spots will be limited and are reserved up to 30 minutes after the scheduled first pitch of the game.
