Fairfield Community Schools hosting 'Fair in the Field' event on August 10

GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Fairfield Community School Corporation is hosting their 'Fair in the Field' event on Saturday, August 10.

It is the second time that the event is being held and it will take place from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Fairfield Jr/Sr High School athletic complex.

The event is free for the community and is meant to provide a fun-filled afternoon for people of all ages.

The event will include basketball and softball tournaments, a petting zoo, bounce houses, face painting, balloon art, and more.

The community will also have the opportunity to see a new cross country course.

The 2023 inaugural event brought out more than 1,000 visitors.

The rain date is Sunday, August 11 from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m.
