The forecast remains fair through Tuesday, the day will start cold and foggy, then warm gradually as the fog lifts and fades. Temperatures rise, nearing 60 degrees by the end of the week, close to a record high Friday. Rain is also likely with a cold front Friday, that will drop temperatures through the weekend. The cool-down is a slow return to seasonal normal that a drastic cold snap. Highs in the mid-30s next week, there are few chances for any snowfall at this time.
