Elkhart police searching for bank robbery suspect

ELKHART, Ind. -- A theft is under investigation in Elkhart.
Deputies are looking for a man who they say robbed a bank. The robbery happened just before 3 p.m. Monday at Mutual Bank on County Road 6.
Deputies said he gave a teller a note and flashed a gun. He then ran off towards Johnson Street with some cash.
Witnesses said the man is in his mid 40s with brown hair. He has blue eyes and a goatee.
Investigators hope to have a photo of him later Tuesday.
