Elkhart police ask for help identifying person in fraud investigation

Elkhart Police Department ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Police Department announced it is seeking the public's help in identifying an individual in a fraud investigation.
Police released the two photos above of the person in question.
Authorities say the fraud occurred in January.
