Elkhart municipal water rate case invites public comments
OUCC ELKHART, Ind. -- The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is inviting the public for comment on the city of Elkhart's pending water rate request through Oct. 3.
The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) will also be holding a public field hearing on Oct. 1 in Elkhart at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Elkhart City Hall.

Consumers who send in written complaints or submit via the form, will have their comments included in the formal case record for Commission review.
The OUCC needs to receive all written consumer complaints no later than Oct.3.
