ELKHART,Ind. -- The 34th Annual Elkhart Jazz Festival kicking off this weekend as the first summer hit wave hits Michiana. ABC57 First Weather Meteorologist Dave Caufield was able to talk to Ben Decker the president of Elkhart Festivals Inc and Chair of the Jazz Fest.
They were able to talk about the festival and the precautions they are taking this weekend as the temps are expected to be in the 90s and humidity making it feel like 100.
