Elkhart 4-H Fair sells over 190K entry tickets in 2024

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- According to officials with the Elkhart County 4-H Fair, an updated ticketing system has allowed them to track guests entering the fair more accurately over the last few years and, according to the technology, the fair welcomed 192,839 guests over the nine-day event.

"Fairgoers enjoyed beautiful weather all week, contributing to the event’s success. Highlights included welcoming back For King + Country to the Grandstand, exciting free entertainment in Heritage Park, and numerous 4-H exhibits and livestock entries," fair officials said. "We appreciate everyone coming out and enjoying this long-standing Elkhart County Timeless Tradition."

  • Friday, July 19 – 23,011
  • Saturday, July 20 – 19,985
  • Sunday, July 21 – 25,000
  • Monday, July 22 – 19,632
  • Tuesday, July 23 – 17,568
  • Wednesday, July 24 – 18,865
  • Thursday, July 25 – 23,169
  • Friday, July 26 – 26,524
  • Saturday, July 27 – 19,085

“Since our ticketing system has been in place, we have been able to have a more accurate count on our attendance. We are thrilled our attendance reached 192,839. We are thankful for the community support we receive and for the beautiful weather over the nine days of fair.” said Board President and General Manager of the fair Shelly Steury.
