SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Water levels are very low right now in the St. Joseph River.
The City of South Bend told us that it's enough to keep kayaking.
The East Race will stay open for recreation this weekend.
The National Weather Service is still listing the water level at zero-feet.
The city said that there is still enough water to keep the race open.
