Driver arrested for OWI, drug charges following traffic stop

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports a deputy made a traffic stop for a moving violation on Wednesday around 2:51 p.m.

During the investigation, authorities say it was found that the driver, 55-year-old Joseph C. Raymond, was showing signs of being under the influence of a narcotic.

Raymond was subsequently arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Raymond was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated - Controlled Substance, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated - Endangering, and Possession of Marijuana.

Raymond's bond was set at $1,500.
