MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports deputies responded to the intersection of US 31 and S.R. 10 around 12:26 p.m., Saturday, for a two-vehicle crash.

The crash report states a Chrysler Pacifica, driven by a 50-year-old Spring Hill, Fla. Man, was attempting to cross the northbound lanes of US 31.

Authorities say that's when the Pacifica pulled in front of 2024 Volvo, driven by a 28-year-old Logansport, Ind. woman, traveling north on US 31.

The 50-year-old driver was airlifted from the scene for medical treatment.
