DETROIT -- Detroit was in clean up mode after severe storms blew through on Independence Day.
The storms knocked down trees and power lines. A second round of showers made things even worse.
A home belonging to a firefighter was damaged when a tree landed in his living room.
The storm also flooded several major roads and standing water on I-75 backed up traffic in both directions.
No one was hurt as a result of the storms.
