Delphi Murders Trial Day 17: The defense rests

CARROLL COUNTY, Ind.-- The defense team for Richard Allen rested its case Wednesday in the Delphi murders trial.
Allen is accused of murdering 13-year-old Abigail Williams and 14-year-old Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana, in February 2017.
