County Commissioner Hazen to announce launch of new citizen reporting app

SAINT JOSEPH, Ind. -- Commissioner Anthony Hazen will hold a press conference on Oct. 8, to announce the launch of “SJC311” a new citizen reporting app.

The event will take place on the 4th floor of the County-City Building, immediately following the 10 a.m. Board of Commissioners meeting.

This app allows residents to report concerns related to roads, code enforcement, and the Health Department.

The app features duplicate detection, notifying users if a request is already in the system and allowing them to follow up the existing request. Additionally, the home screen provides links to request public records and view agendas and minutes.

The SJC311 app will be available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

“I am excited that we are bringing yet another tool to the citizens of St. Joseph County to help increase communication and access to county government,” stated Commissioner Hazen.
