Staying cool during this hot weather involves listening to your body. This is especially true if you work outside.
Doctors told ABC 57 News that people who work outside should look out for signs of heat exhaustion.
The symptoms include dizziness, nausea, headache, and rapid heartbeat.
To keep it from becoming a medical emergency, get out of the heat and drink cold liquids.
Another tip is to keep your shirt on. You'll absorb more heat with your shirt off.
