Some wildfire smoke lingers in Michiana, though its air quality effects and hazards decrease through the morning hours. Clear conditions are expected through today, though temperatures are going to be cooler than yesterday, closer to averages near the beginning of the month rather than the end. Clear conditions overnight means cold air rushes in, but we do start to warm up into the 70s for the first day of June. The warmup continues to begin the work week, blazing past average and going for hot conditions, expecting the mid to high 80s in the middle of the week. We're also going to see a couple rounds of showers and storms into the end of the week, likely a wet Wednesday, with shower chances lingering into the weekend. Temperatures expected to average out into next weekend, with another rain chance to start next week.
Today: Sunny, cool. High 65.
Tonight: Clear, cold. Low 43.
Sunday: Mostly clear, warmer. High 70.
Monday: Some clouds, hot. High 84.
