Attorneys for Anthony Hutchens argue teen should remain in juvenile justice system

Attorneys for 14-year-old Anthony Hutchens argued that he should have never been tried in adult court and should remain in the juvenile justice system.

Hutchens was convicted of killing and molesting six-year-old Grace Ross back in 2021 and was sentenced to 64 years in March 2023.

His team filed an appeal that argues why Hutchens should stay in the juvenile justice system.
