ELKHART, Ind. -- Osolo Elementary will host "A Final Farewell" community picnic on Thursday to serve as a community gathering before the school’s consolidation.

All members of the community, alumni, and families are invited to attend the event.

The picnic will allow the opportunity for current and former members of the Osolo community to visit the school one final time. This includes guests being allowed to walk through the building and reconnect with friends, staff, and neighbors.

Taking place on the school grounds, the picnic will include food available for purchase along with games and activities for all ages.

The picnic will be from 5 to 7 p.m.
