Community Health and Resource Fair

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- REAL services is hosting a Community Health and Resource Fair on Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1151 S. Michigan St., South Bend. 

It will be offering a wide range of services to support your health and well-being. 

Here is what will be available.

• Health screenings
• Access to community resources
• Housing and utility information
• COVID, FLU, RSV, Shingles, and Pneumonia vaccinations

If you get a vaccine, you will receive a $10 gift card.
