Cass County considering joining statewide lawsuit against big pharma

The lawsuit is targeting big pharma in reaction to the nation’s opioid crisis and the effects it has had on states and municipalities nationwide.
ABC 57 spoke with Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz on Friday afternoon to see what he thinks about the lawsuit and possible outcomes.
