Buchanan High School student dies in rollover crash

BERTRAND TWP, Mich. -- A Buchanan High School student is dead after a car accident.
Sunday afternoon, 16-year-old Dilan Shearer from Niles lost control of his car after leaving a Father's Day celebration headed to another relative's home.
The accident happened on Oak Forest Road near Curran Road in Bertrand Township.
He struck a tree and rolled his vehicle.
The accident remains under investigation.
No word yet on funeral arrangements.
