BREAKING: AG Rokita's lawsuit against St. Joseph County Police Department dismissed

ABC 57 ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Michael Smyth, the lawyer representing the St. Joseph County Police, informed ABC57 Saturday morning that the court issued an order dismissing the Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s case against the department and Sheriff Bill Redman.
Rokita accused county police of upholding sanctuary city policies and not cooperating with federal Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials.
