Brandon McLeod charged with 2020 murder of D'Shila Agnew
ABC 57 ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.-- Oct. 28, the St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office filed charges against 36-year-old Brandon McLeod for the murder of 25-year-old D'Shila Agnew.
The morning of Feb. 12, 2020, South Bend Police were dispatched to an apartment in the 1000 block of Patty Lane where members of Agnew's family spoke with officers, expressing that they had not heard from Angew in several days.
Upon entering the apartment, officers discovered D'Shila Agnew deceased.
It was later determined that her cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head.
Autopsy also determined that Agnew suffered from blunt force trauma to her face and neck.
McLeod has been charged with murder and felony firearm enhancement.
McLeod is facing 45 to 65 years for the murder of D'Shila Agnew, with an additional 5 to 20 years or felony firearm enhancement.
