Balloon release and candle vigil set for Smith children

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A balloon release and candle vigil has been scheduled for the "Smith 6" children who lost their lives from the tragic house fire in South Bend.
The vigil will be held at 222 LaPorte Avenue on Sunday, January 28, at 2 p.m.
Attendees are asked to wear the colors white, pink and blue.
