Arrest made in Elwood Avenue shooting

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – An arrest has been made in a shooting that left one person dead and another injured along Elwood Avenue on Thursday, the South Bend Police Department announced.

Police said a juvenile was identified as a suspect and was arrested on Monday.
