Marshall County hit hard by Tuesday morning storms
Our Thursday starts already warm and muggy with temperatures in the 70s and dew points not far off. Today will be very similar to what we've seen nearly every other day this week - hot and humid with highs in the lower 90s, feeling like the mid to upper 90s. Skies will be partly cloudy with most staying dry, but we'll once again see the chance for pop-up thunderstorms this late afternoon/early evening. We don't see much relief from the heat overnight with lows in the lower 70s, the heat wave continues into the weekend. Friday and Saturday bring more 90s, but a cold front brings scattered thunderstorms Saturday night with highs topping out in the upper 80s on Sunday. The heat and humidity break the end of the weekend into next week, but we're still looking warmer than average through the end of June.
Today: Partly cloudy. PM isolated storms possible. High 92.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low 70.
Friday: Mostly sunny. High 93.
Saturday: Partly cloudy. Storms overnight. High 95.
