The rain clears, the wind calms and temperatures cool to end the week. The forecast is fair and seasonal to start November. A more active pattern begins Sunday. Rounds of rain through Tuesday, will bring significant rainfall, early estimates are upwards of three inches. This will not end the drought, but it will make a dent. After Tuesday, the forecast is fair again.
