ELKHART, Ind. -- Beacon Health held a free Health and Wellness fair to inform the community about what they offer and meet their staff.
"The importance of this event is it gets us out in the community, name and face. We have providers that are taking new patients, and it's an opportunity for the community to meet them, ask questions, and hopefully establish with one of our offices," said Carmen Weaver, practice manager.
The event featured a passport when arriving that made attendees eligible for prizes.
18 interactive wellness and education booths featured special presentations like the car seat safety.
Attendees were also able to get autographs and photos with Notre Dame Women’s Basketball players.
