69-year-old Coloma man dead following head-on crash

SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. -- The South Haven Police Department reports officers responded to a head-on crash on M-140 just north of 24th Avenue in South Haven Township around 3:44 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 27.

The report states a 69-year-old Coloma man was traveling north on M-140 when he crossed the center line into the southbound lane, striking another vehicle head-on.

Police say the Coloma man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital for serious injuries.

SHPD is investigating the cause of the crash.
