42-year-old man accused of sexual misconduct with a minor

Marlin Slabaugh MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind.—A 42-year-old man is accused of sexual misconduct with a minor, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
Marlin Slabaugh, 42, of Bremen, was arrested after police learned information of an alleged incident of sexual contact between Slabaugh and a juvenile.
Slabaugh is accused of sexual misconduct with a minor, fondling/ touching a victim age 14-15.
The sheriff’s department began its investigation on July 9.
