SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- If you heard music coming from Howard Park today, it was the second annual South Bend Block Party organized by Music Village.
Bands from all over town hit the stage accompanied by more food trucks and vendors to make sure everyone had a great time.
The block party lasted until 8 p.m.
