UPDATE: Ibarra pleads guilty to child molesting, sentenced to 14 years

UPDATE: On May 22, Josue Ibarra was sentenced to 14 years in prison, to be followed by six years on probation after he is released.
Ibarra plead guilty to one charge of child molesting.
ORIGINAL: ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - A 24-year-old man was arrested on one count of child molesting after he allegedly assaulted a young teenager, the probable cause affidavit states.
Josue Ibarra was arrested after the victim reported the incident to the Department of Child Services.
According to the victim, Ibarra's parents knew how old she was but Ibarra did not.
Ibarra said he didn't know the victim's age when he first assaulted her but that people told him she was too young.
After learning how old she was, he assaulted her again, reports said.
