MISHAWAKA, Ind. - Congressman Rudy Yakym wrapped up his tour across Indiana's second district this week with a stop at the Jackie Walorski VA Clinic on Friday.
The clinic was renamed after the late Congresswoman following her death in August 2022.
Walorski was a longtime supporter of local military veterans and their families.
"Jackie is someone who really fought for our veterans, she made sure that they had the care that they needed," Yakym said. "And that's what this clinic does here. And so in continuation of Jackie's legacy, working with veterans, working with the VA clinic, we really saw today a whole complementary of services that they offer here to veterans locally.”
