PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- On Nov. 28, at approximately 2:32 p.m., Plymouth Police officers were called to a residence in Plymouth for a 47-year-old man, who had been bedridden for about two months. 

The man lived with Linda Brown, who was his legal guardian. The man has developmental disabilities that require him to have a legal guardian. 

During the investigation, it was determined the man had laid in bed since September without receiving medical attention. He was immediately taken for medical care and is currently still hospitalized. 

Indiana Adult Protective Servies was also contacted.

Brown was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent.
