SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Authorities across Michiana have been responding to crashes, slide-offs, and property damage incidents all day Monday due to the severe winter weather.

ABC57 has gathered the numbers so far from local departments.

INDIANA

Indiana State Police:

• Six property damage crashes, one injury crash and 20 slide offs

ELKHART COUNTY:

Elkhart County Sheriff's Office:

• One fatal crash
• Eight property damage crashes
• Three personal injuries
• Two hit-and-run crashes
• 11 vehicles in ditch
• Five calls to assist drivers

Elkhart Police Department:

• One crash with injury
• Two non-injury crashes
• Six disabled motorist calls
• Most of these were between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

FULTON COUNTY:

Fulton County Sheriff's Department:

• One slide off

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY:

Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office:

• 11 crashes or slide offs

Warsaw Police Department:

• Two crashes
• One slide off

LAGRANGE COUNTY:
