The wind really starts to pick up today with gusts up to 45 mph possible. Isolated showers are possible today but most of rain becomes widespread Thursday morning. Pockets of moderate rain is possible along with rumbles of thunder.

The system moves out early Friday with clearing skies the rest of the day. The weekend is quiet, just colder. Daytime highs will be in the 40s instead. The next system moves in on Monday with rain possible.
