Lake effect rain showers remain in the forecast for today and the start of tomorrow, mainly falling across southern Michigan and some communities in northern Indiana closer to the state line like South Bend, Elkhart, and Goshen. The rain wraps up by the afternoon, allowing some sunshine to peak through and heat the area to around 50 degrees yet again. Starting tomorrow night for the next two nights, lows will be in the mid 30s.
