Michiana is currently in a dry lull through this evening with temperatures slowly recovering into the mid 60s. The next chance for severe weather arrives later tonight after 8 PM. While the risk is not as widespread as the earlier first round, any thunderstorms that are able to develop within this second round will have a hail and isolated tornado risk alongside damaging winds and heavy rain. Any thunderstorms and their associated severe potential will likely end by Monday morning around 2-3 AM as the cold front passes through and off to our east. Monday will feel cool in the low 70s with light scattered showers littered throughout the day. Expect the wet weather to wrap up by Tuesday night as temperatures continue to fall. Wednesday's highs likely won't make it past 70F for much of our area, but mostly sunny skies will be a welcome sight as we head into the rest of the week.
Tonight: Scattered thunderstorms. Low 57.
Monday: Scattered showers. High 72.
Tuesday: PM showers. High 70.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 68.
