WATCH: Car sideswipes two parked vehicles on Woodside Street before speeding off Monday morning

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The incident in the video below reportedly happened around 8:09 a.m. Monday morning on Woodside Street, between Miami Street and Erskine Boulevard in South Bend.
The resident, Danielle McDougal, says she’s requested multiple times that the City of South Bend install a speed bump or stop signs be put in this area Woodside Street, but so far, nothing has been done.
McDougal says it is the third time in seven years her vehicles have been hit, and neighbors have had vehicles hit also.
