Clear skies remain through sunset and overnight. Temperatures fall near freezing again tonight, and some fog redevelops tomorrow morning.

President's day looks to be warm again under partly cloudy skies. Clouds build in the second half of Monday and remain through midweek. Rain chances develop TUE night through WED morning. A few rumbles of thunder and breezy winds are expected WED morning. Rain showers are expected to end by the afternoon, and high temperatures could potentially climb to the 60s.

Temperatures bottom out to end the work week with another system arriving THUR and FRI. Depending on how cool temperatures become, a rain/snow mix is possible. The weekend brings near-average highs in the 30s.
