UPDATE: The South Bend Fire Department confirmed to ABC57 News that crews responded at 10:02 p.m. to St. Joe Valley Parkway south of Brick Road for a car engulfed in flames.
Fire officials say all four occupants escaped the vehicle unharmed.
The vehicle is a total loss and fire officials say they're unable to determine the cause of the fire.
ORIGINAL: SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A passerby captured footage of a car engulfed in flames on U.S. 31 near the toll road interchange Thursday after 10 p.m.
You can see firefighters responding to the scene in the video provided.
We currently have no information on what caused the fire or if there were any injuries.
