Conditions continue to improve over the weekend, warming into the 60s and slightly above into Monday. Sunny for today, with some clouds gathering in the afternoon. More clouds than sun on Sunday, slight chance for rain, but there are higher chances for precipitation through Monday. A cool down occurs in the middle of the week, Tuesday will likely have a high below 50 degrees with another chance for significant rain Thursday into Friday.
