ABC 57 ELKHART, Ind. -- On Sunday, Dec. 21, at approximately 2:38 p.m., the Elkhart County Police responded to a vehicle that had run into a utility pole and a tree on S.R. 19 south of Sturdy Oaks Drive.
The driver was taken to Elkhart General Hospital for bleeding in the abdomen and complaint of head and neck pain.
The passenger, a juvenile male, was also transported from the scene to Elkhart General Hospital for complaint of leg pain.
This crash is still under investigation.
