CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- The Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday morning in Jefferson Township that sent one person to the hospital and one driver cited for failure to yield. 

Deputies were dispatched around 10:58 a.m. Wednesday morning, to the intersection of Pine Lake Street and Daily Road.

"Investigation shows that 23-year-old Elkhart resident Isaac McLean failed to yield when turning from Pine Lake Street, onto Dailey Road. [A] 50-year-old Dowagiac resident was traveling South on Dailey Road, and crashed into McLean," the CCSO said.

McLean’s 22-year-old passenger was taken to Beacon Granger Hospital for injuries sustained in this crash.
